Ainsworth has a different experience to Nakusp and halcyon hot springs with the cave and spring source. Worth a visit. Reasonably priced for a single visit. Was quite busy so be prepared for that. Family and kid friendly with a relaxed atmosphere. Great views of the Purcell's from the pool deck.

Beds were kinda hard. Timing to use the pools was not long enough, they closed too early. Been here couple of times, will be back for more. Nice cheaper alternative to sparkling hills

I noticed most reviewers are reviewing the hot springs and not this cozy well taken care of cabin across the street. This place is absolutely wonderful with excellent care staff that made a special trip in bad weather just to take care of us. Wonderful owner as well who's primary concern is the happiness of their clients. We stayed in the lower sweet and absolutely loved it. The kitchen while small we more than big enough for our needs and they really have every appliance I think anyone traveling would need including a margarita mixer. Would absolutely stay here again and definitely will recommend it to everyone I know. 10/10

Cute accommodations. We stayed one night here. Loved the location, directly across from the hot springs. Comfy beds. Great value for the price, would definitely stay again and recommend!

I left my fitbit watch and they shipped it back to me for free! They are amazing!!! I have stayed here twice and we will be back many more times! The view can't be beat, all the kitchen items you need are there. I spend all my time at the beach or on the deck. The customer service is amazing as well, I recommend this place to all my friends!

For a geographer and someone who is constantly cold, I was exceptionally pleased to be able to be exposed to the natural geologic formations in the caves and the warmth of the water. Difficult to manage a finite resource and customer demand to access these waters, but I appreciate the work that is being done. The facilities were clean and well managed and the fee to enter was affordable for young honeymooners on a budget. One final note. I would encourage the hot spring to more fully invest in speaking to the First Nations rights to these lands and more in depth representation rather than only going as far as seemingly representing indigenous usage of these hot springs as a romantic story to sell to consumers, alongside the props of a teepee and one of two indigenous words.

We had a wonderful stay here! The suite was lovely and far exceeded our expectations! The hot springs are a short stroll across the street and offered a come and go day pass for $20. Loved the wood stove in our suite which added some extra coziness in the winter. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

Three of us stayed at the Kutenai Suite Jun 12-13, 2025. The suite was very clean and well located. Convenient self-check in process. Kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped and the knives were nice and sharp! We had a great time sitting by the private beach to enjoy the scenery. It was an amazing home away from home experience. I will definitely come back again for a longer stay. The only thing we'd appreciate is if there is a curtain over the clear glass panels of the entrance door for extra privacy.
